Clinical feeding assessments to evaluate oral motor function, structure of feeds, food aversion or safety of feeds.

Individual therapy to improve oral feeds, reduce food aversion, or tube wean.

If your child s not talking by the age of 2, it is important to contact a speech and language pathologist.

By the age of 2 children should be 50% intelligible. By the age of 3, children should be 75% intelligible.

I provide speech and feeding therapy services for a wide variety of children with disabilities including autism, speech delay, apraxia of speech, cleft palate, Down's Syndrome, articulation disorder, cerebral palsy and many other syndromes or disabilities. 



WHEN TO CONTACT A SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST:

When children are frustrated by not being able to express themselves it may be due to a speech or language disorder.

If your child is repeating sounds, developing a stutter or having difficulty with fluency of speech, the trained ear of a speech therapist is important to help determine the need for services.
